For now I am taking a break from breeding so will not have kittens for a while. I do have friends I will recommend to people who ask me. I am going to carry on working with the clubs I am on the committee for and hopefully still going to cat shows.

I follow GCCF & FIFE guidelines so no kitten will leave me until it is over 13 weeks, will be fully vaccinated, Registered with GCCF / FIFE (NON Active & Endorsed) Microchipped & Insured for 5 weeks with Agria. Kitten pack includes all paperwork, food, named blanket which the kittens will have used to help them settle into a new home.

KITTEN INFORMATION – PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE ENQUIRING
1.) When I say that coat colours are ‘under assessment’ it is because all Colourpointed kittens are born white, and the ‘points’ develop later on. With the lighter coloured points, this takes a little longer than with darker points. Whilst I may have a good idea, due to the mating what the colours may be, I need to be certain before I can register them with the GCCF and extra markings such as Tortie and Tabby can add to the waiting time …. But as the saying goes … “All good things come to those who wait!”
2.) Kittens are born in the house, in my bedroom in fact, before being moved, with their Mother into a bedroom of their own! As soon as they are old enough they will follow their Mother into the litter tray, copy her using the scratching post etc. Therefore will be trained before they leave for their new home. This is not to say ‘accidents’ once in a new home will never happen, these are babies, so allowances need to be made, but from my perspective they will be completely litter trained. They are also Microchipped, vaccinated and twice Vet checked. It is recommended that they receive a booster to their initial vaccinations annually, this along with their welfare will be discussed with all potential new owners.
3.) You new baby will be insured for a 4 week period. I strongly recommended this is continued throughout the animal’s lifetime. Vet bills can be costly.
4.) Unless you are a recognised and reputable GCCF registered breeder of some standing, where I might consider making allowances, Carassacat kittens are registered NON-ACTIVE something which is non-negotiable, so please do not ask.
5.) Should you wish to reserve a Carassacat kitten, you will be asked for a non-refundable reservation deposit of ₤400.00. The reservation deposit is only refundable in the event I withdraw the kitten from sale.
6.) If you would like to go on my Waiting List, please email me with as much information as possible about your circumstances, including your name, location and telephone number.
ULTIMATELY I INVEST A LOT OF TIME, LOVE, EXPENSE AND CARE INTO ENSURING CARASSACAT BABIES ARE THE BEST THEY POSSIBLY CAN BE. AS THEIR NEW OWNERS YOU AGREE TO CONTINUE ON FROM WHERE I HAVE STARTED FOR THE REST OF THE ANIMALS' LIFE.
BRITISH SHORTHAIR AND LONGHAIR ARE WONDERFUL CATS, EASY TO LOVE AND TO HAVE IN THE HOME. THE LONGHAIR WILL NEED MORE COAT MAINTENANCE THAN THE SHORTHAIR FOR OBVIOUS REASONS. MY BEAUTIFUL CATS ARE NOT ‘FIVE MINUTE WONDERS’ DUE TO A SIMILAR ANIMAL YOU MAY HAVE SEEN ON A TELEVISION COMMERCIAL WHICH YOU THINK “LOOKS CUTE”. THEY ARE A HARDY BREED THAT CAN LIVE FOR 10-20 YEARS.
I AM ON HAND TO ANSWER QUERIES, SO PLEASE DO NOT HESITATE TO ASK. REMEMBER THE ONLY ‘SILLY’ QUESTION IS THE ONE LEFT UNANSWERED!
Genuine prospective owners will understand why I have detailed above what I have. Sadly, there are too many unscrupulous people around and these innocent animals deserve the best in life. It is my sole duty of care to do the very best I can to ensure this happens. Thank you for your understanding.
I would like to wish you and your new feline family member a happy and prosperous life together. Enjoy every precious moment!
